The origin story.
In the 90s, Art started in real estate the way the best agents often do: as an assistant to a family friend. He learned the business from the ground up, watching deals come together, fall apart, and get saved. And he had a mentor who pushed him into greatness, one phone call and one lesson at a time.
That beginning shaped everything. The assistant who had to follow up on every detail became the advisor who never lets a client wonder what happens next. The student who watched thousands of transactions became the coach who has trained more than 7,500 agents.
Today Art leads The Mosaic Realty Team, and the mission is the same one he learned in the 90s: bring all the pieces together, and serve the client first. The pieces change, the follow-up never does.
